Men in Black/ The Courts
What worries me and should worry all of you, was stated by Edwin Meese III in the Afterword of 'Men In Black' by Mark Levin."Perhaps nothing troubles me more than justices who invoke international law and the decisions of international tribunals in interpreting the Constitution."
When justices rely on foreign laws and court decisions for guideposts in interperting the Constitution they are violating their oaths to uphold the Constitution.
Men in Black was an excellant book and History lesson.
