We are so politically correct that commercials showing beach shots have to have people of other colors although people of other colors especially darker colors don't do the beach scene.
Quote of the year
The only quote, we as American people should appreciate for the near future took place a few days ago. President Bush was speaking, I don't know where, I missed that part, but the quote was
something like this. Now pay attention.
President Bush said ' The military troop strength in Iraq and Afganistan will be determined by the military leaders in the field NOT by politicians in Washington DC'
Now that says it all. Don't ever let a politician tell you how the military should be run. Don't let an x-POW or retired General second guess the field officers.
